Interstate migration from down south is significantly impacting Brisbane property prices and rental rates.
LJBA director Lauren Jones was quoted in both Smart Property Investment magazine and the Australian & New Zealand Property Journal explaining how she was receiving regular calls from people based in Sydney and Melbourne who were thinking of moving to Brisbane.
Lauren also explained how this was affecting Brisbane’s property market.
