Buyers Agent Brisbane Fees

  • A competitive upfront engagement fee of $3,000 plus GST
  • Either a fixed or percentage commission of the total purchase price plus GST

 

However, our point of difference is that, where required, we can offer discounts as well as payment plans for those unable to pay upfront – helping you take those final important steps towards property ownership faster.

 

And as per the REIQ regulations, we’ll always clearly state your individual fees and commissions, including payment deadlines, in our Property Occupations (PO) Form 6 formal agreement. We promises clear communication and no hidden costs, every step of the way.
