Buyer's Agent Associate Role


What you'll be doing

  • Building relationships with agents through calls and emails to uncover the best properties for our clients 
  • Managing client admin tasks, including record-keeping and refining property search criteria
  • Carefully sourcing and assessing property options
  • Attending property inspections to gather insights and evaluate suitability
  • Preparing detailed reports and conducting due diligence to guide clients' decision making


Requirements

  • A valid driver's license and reliable car
  • A Real Estate Certificate or willingness to obtain one at your own cost
  • Availability for some required Saturday work
  • The role is office-based, with the flexibility of hybrid work once you're fully up to speed 


Renumeration

  • $50,169.60 yearly salary + super (as per award)
  • Uncapped bonus earning potential 
  • Career progression within a rapidly growing and highly reputable agency
